Nobel Peace Prize winner. Never attacked a country while president. Tried to bring some sanity and integrity to the White House after the Watergate scandal. Former Naval officer. Humanitarian. Really good guy. I felt neither Carter nor George HW Bush were particularly effective as presidents--its a really hard job if you do it--but both served their nation and I respect them both.
