From the article: "proposed undergraduate certificate in bourbon and wine distillation..." IIRC, wine distillation=brandy. Wine itself is made by fermentation - no distilling. Bourbon was my favourite drink for 40 years, but eventually I quit and had my liver coated with Rustoleum just in time.
