Could foreign DNA enter your cells through the mRNA COVID vax and change your DNA?

"Could foreign DNA enter your cells through the mRNA COVID vax and change your DNA — and humanity itself — forever? Sounds nutty. It's not. "Absolutely that could happen," says Dr. Joseph Ladapo, the surgeon general of Florida.

    RESIDUAL DNA FRAGMENTS
Scientists responding to Ladapo’s statements and references have said there are many reasons why, even if tiny amounts of residual DNA fragments rode along with vaccine mRNA into human cells, the DNA could not survive long inside those cells and would have no way to enter the cell nucleus or to interact with the human genome.

FFS, your own link has this headline:

Fact Check: No evidence for vaccine DNA risk raised by Florida Surgeon General

    Indeed,

I'm trying to post balanced views.
This way we have two sides to the story

Well, if one side of the story is FAKED, it's hardly balanced, is it?

Here's something I think you should look into. Constant fear mongering can be a sign of generalized anxiety disorder. It CAN be fixed.

"What is generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)?

With GAD, you may feel extreme and unrealistic worry and tension — even if there’s nothing to trigger these feelings. Most days, you may worry a lot about various topics, including health, work, school and relationships. You may feel that the worry continues from one thing to the next."

Don't take my word. See a professional.

In my opinion, there is no fake story here, there is scientific debate that is used by Vax skeptics to spread false stories about mRNA vaccines.
The opposing scientists that disagree with the claim that foreign DNA can enter person's cells through the mRNA COVID vax and change their DNA are on the majority side.
If I'm not mistaken I read that the Florida SG based his statements on multiple sources, one of them was from stem cell biologist Rudolf Jaenisch and gene regulation specialist Richard Young of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and paper they submitted to a scientific Journal. Since then no real evidence was submitted, so their position is more of a plausible but unproven. Scientists from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, say it's a "legitimate question" to ask and call the hypothesis "plausible."

A factual side and an insane side.

    This is getting boring.

To have balanced views, you need at least two sides that all qualify as plausible and rational. Even without knowledge of genetics, it is neither plausible nor rational that governments and people around the world would continue to recommend and mandate a particular vaccine if they had evidence that vaccination with it would lead to the genetic extermination of the human race.

Both sides-ism only works when there are two truly legitimate sides.

Well there are two sides. Scientific fact saying that Covid19 vaccines are safe and effective. The other side being uninformed nonsense and lies. Although admittedly this is not what Suss means when saying both side-ism.

The Florida Surgeon General is a dishonest incompetent fool. Ron DeSantis hired him because he told lies about the vaccine that Ron DeSantis thought would boost his chances at getting the Republican nomination. The Republican base believes dangerous lies like this and even more dangerous lies like that Trump won the 2020 election. This makes sense though when one recognizes that the leader of the Republican party is a pathological liar.

Yep. And the Governor who hired him is dangerous. I think foreign DNA might be controlling both their brains... :)

Being incompetent and dishonest is practically a requirement for Governor Dangerous' appointee. I mean, Chris Rufo is a college trustee now.
