    Re: Thank You

Problem is THE SEARCH FUNCTION ONLY GOES BACK TO MAY 2005 WHEN IT SHOULD GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO 2001.

    MoMo,

Are you familiar with the 'Big Three' of Excelsior, Charter Oak and Thomas Edison State colleges? With CLEP and DANTES and other tests you can take for college credit?

The above represents, usually, the least expensive and quickest route to a Bachelor's degree.

    Hi Momo,

Welcome aboard. (Sorry that the welcoming committee was a little late, though. ;))

Here is some sites that may help you as well. If you are smart and experienced then you may be able to get a lot of credits very quickly. Many that frequent this site have.

    123collegedegree

    degreeforum

These sites are mainly around to help and tend to avoid the debates about diploma mills and the credibility of schools.

As to CCU, my opinion is that it is a fine school that will probably meet most of your needs especially if the degree does not have to be regionally accredited. However, that is something that you should check into because some companies and schools require regional accreditation.

    Best wishes in your pursuits.

    Thanks Again

"If you are smart" Well, I guess that would depend on your definition but yes I think that I'm smart. I'm a little afraid of going back to school but I'm up for the challenge.

I found another school that may be a good option. Columbia College http://www.ccis.edu/ is a RA school and the tuition is somewhat affordable at $165 per hour and there is a campus near me so I could take a combination of on-line and on-campus accelerated classes. I've sent for more information on the program.

    Thanks again for your help.

LOL -- Poor MoMo -- Sometimes I feel smarter than others

My advice is to keep looking while you are waiting for info on Columbia College's program. If nothing else, it will give you more background information for comparison.
