Hey guys, where can I buy a degree? Or study for one that will only takes me a couple hours/days max? Better be an online one.
You cannot buy a real degree, and shouldn't want to even if you could, so put that out of your mind. There are too many to count that can be done in a few hours per day. What field of study, what's your budget, what are your professional goals, etc.? Tell us more and we can tell you more.
I purchased my Doctorate from Abide University. I think they are still running an end-of-the-year sale.
ENEB, you can buy the exam option, pass the exam, and congrats, you have a master's degree. Get it evaluated, and there you go.
Has anyone done this part? I know a few years ago there were lots of hypothetical discussions of NACES-member evaluators that might have a favorable opinion but not sure if anyone actually proceeded.
On the sister forum on the ENEB wiki page, there is a whole section on how to get the degree evaluated and which evaluation companies grant equivalency to degrees from the United States or other countries. https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/ENEB In the US, most jobs requiring a state license as well as and most US university admissions require an evaluation done by either a NACES member (of which there are around 20) or an evaluation by ACEI. All NACES members' evaluations are of equal weight, but they are NOT in agreement with which results they give, thus if you receive a poor result from one member you can try another. US Immigration officials accept evaluation agencies that are not NACES or ACEI towards giving applicants work visas, an example being that the service "Validential" (see below) is acceptable for US immigration. In the below chart, "accredited" for US results means that ENEB degrees have been evaluated as equivalent to "regionally accredited" U.S. degrees (NACES members never give a result claiming equivalency to "national" accreditation): What | Who | Why this is important Bachelor's degree (accredited) ECE (NACES) Source 1. Many jobs, licenses and work visas require a Bachelor's with no need for a Master's. This could also be used in school admissions for entry into the Master's level. Note: As of Jan 2024, ECE only recognizes the Isabel I diploma and no longer recognizes the ENEB diploma or transcript. Therefore, course-by-course evaluations will only include S (Satisfactory) grades with no GPA. Master's degree (accredited) Validential (not NACES or ACEI) Some employers are fine with a Validential evaluation. Private or "religious exempt" US schools (such as University of North Carolina Systems, Queens College of Theology - which an ENEB graduate was admitted to) do not have to follow normal national/state admissions requirements and may accept a Validential evaluation instead of a NACES member evaluation in admissions.Evaluation result 1. Evaluation result 2. Graduate diploma/certificate/credit (accredited) IEE (NACES) Via direct contact with IEE staff in March 2024, it was confirmed ENEB diplomas will still get evaluated as graduate credit, as it had been since at least 2019 despite that IEE is now "partnered" with ENEB and now offers a $20 discount for ENEB students. (Evaluation 2. Graduate diploma (accredited) Academic Credentials Evaluation Institute (ACEI) ACEI has confirmed in the EAIE Conference that it will evaluate all Titulo Propio degrees in Spain, regardless of institution type, as being a "graduate diploma" as long as proof the student also has a Bachelor's degree is provided. recommends that graduate transfer credit be awarded for such an evaluation and thus requires a transcript. One year of graduate study (accredited institution, unaccredited program) Academic Evaluation Services, Inc. (AES) (NACES) evaluated as equivalent to "one year of completed study in an unaccredited program at a regionally accredited institution of higher education". Completed Graduate Program (General Analysis) / Completed Professional Training (Course by Course) SpanTran (NACES) Submitting the Isabel I diploma (and paying for SpanTran to verify it) gets the evaluation of "completion of a graduate program" with "recommended as graduate level transfer credit", without regard to accreditation or exact equivalency, which keeps everything open to interpretation depending on your employer or school. However, a recent course-by-course evaluation evaluated ENEB's documents as "Completion of Professional Training" with no graduate credit awarded. SpanTran does recommend advanced standing towards higher level programs if permitted by the receiving institution. Graduate credit with no degree equivalency (accredited) IACE (NACES) [2] Upon inquiry, the director stated that "IACE recognizes the graduate level credits from the Titulo Propio but not the degree. Courses are recognized but we do not consider the degree as comparable to a US masters degree." Graduate credit with no degree equivalency (accredited) GCE (NACES) [3] Upon inquiry, the senior evaluator stated "Global Credential Evaluators, Inc. (GCE) evaluates titulo propios from Spain. These degrees are not a part of the formal higher education system in Spain and are university specific programs. As such they are not recognized by the Ministerio de Educacion y Ciencia (MEC). We give the US equivalency of graduate course work but not a US master degree." Refuse to evaluate & no recognition list [4] (NACES) * Center for Applied Research, Evaluation and Education, Inc. (unaccredited / no course-by-course evaluation) * Education Perspectives nfp (completion of continuing education / no graduate credit) * Foreign Academic Credential Service, Inc. (refuse to evaluate) * Foundation for International Services, Inc. (completion of continuing education / no course-by-course evaluation) * Globe Language Services (refuse to evaluate) * Institute of Foreign Credential Services, Inc (refuse to evaluate) * World Education Services, Inc. (refuse to evaluate as of Jan 2024)
Thanks @Futuredegree. Reading that chart (which is easier on the original site), NACES-members either refuse to evaluate, evaluate it as unaccredited, or evaluate it as graduate course work (edit: or a graduate certificate) but not a degree. No NACES members evaluate ENEB as a degree, so in cases where the eval being a "degree" matters for employment or immigration purposes, or personal fulfillment ENEB would not fit the bill.
It can be evaluated as a bachelor's degree by ECE, which is a NACES member, or as graduate coursework (SpanTran) or Graduate Diploma/ Credit by IEE. If we are talking about buying a degree, you technically can buy an equivalent Bachelor's degree.
If you're going to buy a "degree" from a diploma mill, know these facts: There is no study, just payment You don't really get a degree, which is a title awarded by an actual college or university Instead, you get documents that purport that you have a degree; huge difference You can also get transcripts, letters of recommendation, apostilles, and sometimes a phone number people can call to "verify" your credential(s) Purchasing these fake credentials won't get you into any trouble, but using them might One might consider negotiating an honorary degree instead; the title will be different, but you can call yourself "doctor" based upon it (assuming you negotiate an honorary doctorate Finally, why not bypass all that stuff and print your own? I would recommend Sobat if you want a fast and cheap Bachelors or Masters. Degrees are in Social Sciences or Business Studies. While there has been some discussion both negative and positive on these programs Validential will likely evaluate these as equivlant to a regionally accredited U.S Bachelor or Master's degree. https://sobat.org/programmes/ State agencies will require NACES evaluaiton but private sector employers may be open to these degrees.
Since they sounded at least open to the real thing, I gave them the benefit of the doubt in my response.
