Would it be a record if all my 100 messages were to this one thread? :D

Yes. But you've already set a record; your post was the 100th in the longest running thread on the board.

    other senior advantages

Remember the old joke when Bill Clinton was running for Pres. against Bob Dole.
Clinton was asked what underwear, he wears.
The reporter asked the same question of Bob Dole, Boxers or Briefs?
    The answer, "depends".
    All the best!

    Senior Membership

Theres thems that has is and theres thems that aint.

New members and members can only dream of the prestige that comes with senior membership.

    Wow! longest thread

I had a suit that seemed to have the longest thread.
It proved to be finite, as did the suit. LoL :)
I wonder what the record number of pages is for the longest thread?
    All the best!

    I Have just found out

That it will take me about another 100+ days to reach Sr. Member.
I see that I average .40 post per day.
    What is .40 post.

    I guess,

    I
    am
    now
    up
    to

    Still

It's interesting that at 40 posts, you're a member. In the first page of this thread Ike wrote that you need 50 posts to be a member. I wonder what the magic number is to go from New Member to Member. At 0.14 posts a day, I'm still working on it!

It would appear that number would be 30.

Yes it is! I dropped the "New" and I'm now a full fledged "Member"! How about that? Only 70 to go to "Senior" status!:D

    70 at 10 a day

Well if you need 70, at 10 a day it would only take a week.
But at 7 a day it would take 10 days.
    All the best!

Lest we not forget, though, that at 70 per day it would only take 1 day!:D

    arthur anderson counting

Let's not forget auther anderson accounting of posts.
We project that you will post 40 a day, which is twice the rate of some who posts 20 a day. Therefore your 40 are worth twice as much and should be valued as worth 80 posts (making you a partner). Now the person/company posting 20 a day saw their value drop from 1/2 to 1/4 therefore they have to take the loss, and their posts are now worth only 5. And anyone with less than 5 posts a day is now bankrupt.
You know, that almost sounds like what happened.
    Bankrupt again! All the best!
