Another way to scam a degree

    Partly it's a result of globalization, partly the Axact scandal, partly the internet and wider/deeper access to information, partly political opportunism. I think they are all factors contributing to this phenomenon of uncovering these scammers in that part of the world. I'm guessing that this is just the leading edge of a wave of these stories.
