I've been on this board since its inception. Your kind comes and goes. They blow in, lob a few grenades, and then disappear. In this case, you like to create strawmen to argue against. Neither Bill nor I have a single scintilla of privilege on this board beyond yours, yet you persist in saying very shabby things about each of us, implying we hold some form of status. We do not. And we are not a part of anyone's "mob."

As for me, I've met exactly two people from this board. And one of them was a friend, mentor, and colleague long before this thing ever got started. I'm sure most others here can say something similar. There is no "mob."

I do have a life outside of distance education. I may soon disappear again. I'm not of those who post a dramatic last post, only to post again in hours. Meanwhile these SPHR practice exams are an extreme challenge for me. Huge shout out to the Institute of Veterans and military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University offers an amazing opportunity and support to active duty personnel and veterans.

 

I remember being in first grade and thinking everyone in their mid-twenties were old people. Of course, my definition has changed somewhat since then but at 70 I'm running out of wiggle room to keep changing that definition much further!

 

It's agreed upon by the scientific experts. Not me and Rich but by the medical experts specializing in such stuff.

The sooner that folks accept the scientific conclusions on the pandemic issues the sooner we will be able to get this mess behind us. We're at about 900,000 covid19 deaths in this country. That is very bad compared to the rest of the world. That is because the rest of the world considers covid19 to be a medical healthcare issue instead of a political issue.
