Embry-Riddle is an awfully specialized school to be rated #1, and at $1,000+ per credit, I’d hardly call SUNY-Buffalo a good value.
Ohio State tied for #3? And next to lowest in enrollment of this top 17 at $387 per credit hour (out of state tuition). Really?! But for ~47k for a degree there, it certainly seems like a bargain compared to other state universities. Also about $100 a credit hour less than University of Texas-Austin (in-state residents).
