Seems like a newbie - unaccredited but Tuition Free. I am not sure about the legitimacy of this university but it doesn't seems like a Degree Mill. https://wqu.org/
If you wish to teach there then answer there questions here: https://www.glassdoor.com/Interview/WorldQuant-Interview-Questions-E309841.htm
World Quant University is approved by the State of Louisiana. So, it is a state-approved university, but I assume they must seek accreditation by DEAC or SACS in certain number of years. A page about the founder. Igor Tulchinsky | WorldQuant Ventures J. PS Gotta ask myself. If I knew how to get rich, would I want to teach anybody else?  Then again, this is not Trump University.
Ya, at least they are interviewing people with probability questions and not putting bogus names on the faculty list. Lets see where they end up.
On surface, this looks very, very good. I`d enroll in the programif I didn`t already commit to other educational pursuits. A little earlier, I did try to find energy to learn Pyton, as well as (re)learn Statistics and Machine Learning. Hope they`re still around and tuition-free in a couple of years.
Data lifted by me from gooroo.io : Salary range for Python developers, $43K - 135K. Average $94,053. The versatility of Python amazes me. Its popularity is no surprise at all. From really heavy data analysis programs that I can't begin to figure out (but Stanislav could) down to making kids' games and graphic thingies - which I can do. Libraries for anything - free. Got it on my home machine and a portable version on a stick, complete with Pygame, wx and lots of goodies. Good choice, WorldQuant U.! J.
Apparently, Python is among the top or the top tool for Data Science. Really, really good programming language design.
