    Very interesting... but would it really kill them to make it easy to find out how much it costs? :mad:

    Dissertations can be collaborative, too. We used to have a poster here who's doctorate was earned that way. One of my former students back into a doctorate that way. He was participating in a research project and was encouraged to write up his portion of it as a dissertation that awarded him a DSc.
