   FYI, the Board of Regents at Valdosta are starting to figure out what a bargain the DPA and other online programs are. Tuition has been increased for 2009-10 to $225/cr. from $127/cr. Still a bargain, but a sign of things to come.............

   Well, tuition increase is not normally; however, almost 50% increase is really rare.
