    Interesting. At their Newcastle mill site (as opposed to their Honolulu mill site), they offer the following on their financial aid page:

    "To determine if your employer is approved for direct billing, and for a list of specific requirements of their billing agreement, contact the Western International University Accounting Office."

    Yes, a third mill. Got to remember to edit after you cut-and-paste guys.:rolleyes:

    Merde. In the first place, it's Wallis and Futuna. In the second place, it's an overseas territory (T.O.M.) of France: Jacques Chirac is head of state and Alain Waquet is Prefect of the islands. The traditional kings sit on a ceremonial council, but W&F is not a monarchy--whatever civilized opinion universally holds about M. Chirac.

    If you go to uhedu.net and click on the "graduate programs link, scroll almost all the way down to the Social Work listing. You'll see that this is a link to the University of Houston (U of H, get it?) Department of Social Work. It's an extremely lame act of web piracy because the University of Houston name appears throughout. To me this indicates not only how stupid they are but how stupid they think their students are. I have taken the liberty of notifying the appropriate persons at the University of Houston.

    Yes, I caught that too late. What it must be is that they stole the entire page off of WIU's website at some point in time.

    And I apologize to WIU.:)

    Western International is avccredited and that statement is cut and pasted from their site: http://www.wintu.edu/PotentialStudents/Financing/payment_options.htm

    This is actually University of Honolulu USA (which is separate and distinct from both the "University of Honolulu" and "Honolulu University of the Arts, Sciences & Humanities"). UHUSA is apparently controlled by someone name Mohammed Ali. Mr. Ali, using a Houston address, registered the tradename in Hawaii, but nothing else. The tradename registration and, of course, the name itself, are the only links to Hawaii. The original UHUSA website was clearly copied from the University of Houston's site and UH's general counsel was informed of such. It was changed shortly thereafter. Mr. Ali apparently retained a company that forms corporations and set up a Delaware corporation. I believe the Utah main campus is either a mail-forwarding or office-sharing service. Although the site used to claim that UHUSA was somehow approved by the State of Hawaii, such is obviously not the case and the references have since been removed.

    According to the reliable George Gollin,
    ======================================
    Mohammed Ali, CEO
    University of Honolulu
    Level 23 CP Tower, 313 Silom Road,
    Bangkok, Thailand. 10500

    Mohammed Ali, CEO
    University of New Castle
    Level 23 CP Tower, 313 Silom Road,
    Bangkok, Thailand 10500

    The two have the same ISP and the same accreditations.
