I just want to say this is a delight to see a well moderated distance education board. Thank you to all who developed it and now moderate it. It sure beats what the alt dist ed has become. I would welcome feedback from those of you who have had experience with UNEM or USJ's programmes. Specifically PhD. I don't know if our group has ever heard from a student at Empresarial, much less a graduate. I've never been able to pin down their legal status, nor whether they meet GAAP. An hour-long conversation with their Dr. Cannon in January 2000 did little to clear this up. I haven't yet received my 14th edition of Bears' Guide, so I don't know where John and Mariah put them.
