Good radar, I agree. Why is he SO interested in the business plan? He insists on knowing if money is being made or not. I wonder why?

I checked into the EdD and found that you had to pay the first 3 classes up front to lock in the rate. It was about $3500, if I remember correctly.

Wait don't you mean around $900? 9 hours X $100/hour = $900?

I haven't enrolled or anything it was just another program I'm interested in. I asked in a thread the other day about master's degrees in alternate energy. This seems like it would be a great option and inexpensive as well.

 

I think it should be $900. There is also a dissertation fees and internship fees, total is about $7800.

 

A low cost strategy can also be more sustainable in the long term, as a firm would probably be more frugal and less likely to overspend on frills.

I see that there may be some altruism in it, but yes, it's primarily just a good business plan. The current promotion is, well, just that-- it's intended to get short term attention and extra business in the hopes of drawing additional customers afterward.

When another poster stated that you should be banned I did not say a word even though you were grossly inappropriate but now must agree because you are escalating and out of control. In fact, there were no demands made regarding a business plan, it was a question which is my right to ask as a poster! In fact there was nothing ruthless or heartless regarding my question and you are misperceiving and misrepresenting what I asked and are grossly blowing it out of proportion and flaming without cause.

Unfortunately due to the conspiratorial mind-set of certain posters whenever anyone asks a question which they do not like they immediately attempt to negate the credibility of that poster by attempting to imply that they work for a competitive school. Not a good show, to say the least.

I hate to disturb you but Abner has not let go and has continued to spew his hostility on two additional posts since his initial hostile and profane one.

I suggest that you direct your words to Abner, not to me,because in fact I initially let it go and we can see that this did not stop your friend from his acting-out behavior.

 

It is not a matter of bad blood but when any poster crosses the line and continues to flame and escalate and engage in using profanity in spite of efforts to defuse the situation, this person needs to either gain control or leave the forum.
