They're lucky. I think it merits disbarment. These two professionals spent huge money and several years on their legal studies --- and they do THIS? If they're negligent enough to throw away their careers, help them out. Yank their careers FOR them, before they do more damage. . This is not a mistake. Like I said - it's negligence.
