    This is so sweet. Thanks for sharing. I am so happy for you. If you're like me, it might take a while to sink in. I still wake up some days and think it was all a dream :)

    Congrats!!!

    Six years is a long time, but I'm glad you were able to finish it. I think even if you don't try to move to a full time academic position, the PhD will make you very marketable. I suspect the consulting firms (i.e. McKinsey) will come looking for you.
