I wonder if I can sue this site if I can't get a degree?

Us Liberal Arts majors don't flip burgers anymore, we've progressed to flipping signs. Our official title is Sign Flippers. LOL.

I had a tenured professor of Chemistry at USF who could not finish homework problems in an undergrad chem 1 class.
I also had a programming concepts teacher who was working on his PhD that didn't really understand pointers in C. When he was corrected by one of his students he would just go into how technical skills are not all they are cracked up to be and that you have to be able to talk to employers and basically BS them.
Maybe it was my local state school but some of the teachers were either not good at teaching, couldn't speak English, or just didn't know much about their subject.
Some of them knew their subjects backward and forwards and were excellent teachers with great communication skills. It was really the luck of the draw.

My niece, who is super smart, graduated with an undergrad in forensics and chemistry. Towards the end of her undergrad she decided to go to pharmacy school. She had to take the PCAT and did not do well on the chem part...she said, "It was to easy, who remembers the easy stuff!" She said she could have used a refresher on the basics.

Suing your school if you can't find a job? Well, that's just a small step from suing your school because it was nationally accredited (rather than regionally accredited).

How about sue the school if you fail a test because they did not teach you well enough...
