Student use of credentials

    "Selected", not "elected." This is a non-partisan viewpoint. If the Supreme Court had sided with Gore I would say the same thing!

    I agree. My caveot would be that the designation has been awarded by the school. Unfortunately, all I know is my Fielding experience. A student is not allowed to call themselves a "Ph.D., Candidate" unless they have achieved very specific program objectives - like almost graduated.
