In Strayer University's website, I found the following comment in the Public Administration concentration:

"This program is currently not available to residents of North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and Tennessee."
What does this mean? Is there a problem with the program? This comment puzzles me...

    Thanks!

    Trish,
I can't answer your question outright but maybe this will help.
Strayer has a satellite school in a nice business industrial park which is located very close to downtown Greenville, SC.

Being inside this building with business not realted to Strayer, I by chance got off an elevator on the same floor, and "boom" there was Strayer, they seem well staffed and very professional.

If they dont offer particular classes in SC, ( having no earthly idea about the rest of the states involved) I dont think it's related to RA, but local student interest at these various sites to justify lauching a program. But like the earlier post, call them and get the "skinny".
    Best, Gavin
