Yes - the very first school to offer a 100% online MBA. Thanks to the visionary Mary Adams.

So I take it you have taken courses from Aspen and found them to be substandard. When you were taking the Aspen courses what was it you did not like?

Yes, I also like how RFValve refers to an Aspen degree as a vanity degree. Is Aspen not an accredited school with a long history? Have they not been the true pioneers in DL? also making statements like a DBA from Aspen would have little value in the private contract/business sector has absolutely no factual value, rather it is steeped in opinion.

Or you could take the two consecutively rather than concurrently.

May be the courses are great and program is fantastic, I really don't know this. Facts are that few employers are calling for DBAs in the job market. The few they do, call for at least RA accredited degrees and more for an AACSB accredited and Aspen has neither.

Please do not take this discussion as a bashing thread for Aspen, this is not the case. Some people are happy with Aspen and their degrees might work for them in some cases, but the doctoral level education is a hard sell as it is.

The answers to the questions is simple. an MBA from a prestigious AACSB accredited school is more desirable than an DBA from any DETC accredited only school only because the latter has little ROI.
