    But of course...

    All the more reason why Liberia is willing to consider just about ANY program, and to be highly creative in its interpretation of "higher education" in an almost desparate attempt to raise the level of its citizens, even to the point of legitimizing operations like Saint Regis.

    Um, no. It's spelled "M-O-N-E-Y." Over and under la mesa is likely.

    My French is better than my non-existent Spanish. Per chance you wouldn't mean "la table".

    Spanish on purpose. Don't know any French, and Spanish is spoken where I'm from.
