Ladies and Gents, Need help with a question. I am currently looking for a particular course - Intro to Philosophy but unfortunately, the always reliable LSU independent study course is closed for now. So, in the spirit of needing to find that course, I searched the forum, trying to find what schools have open start dates - hence meaning you can start at any time of the month or you can start at the beginning of every month. Any thoughts? thanks - ddd
The American Military University and ther sister school American Public University www.apus.edu offer PH 101 Intro to Philosophy. They have monthly start dates and they will be offering PH 101 with start dates of 1/5, 2/2, 3/2, 4/6, 5/4, and 6/1. They are regionally accredited by the North Central Association.
I haven't checked their offerings for quite awhile but Rio Salado College had rolling start dates. Sidney
Thanks for the help! Looks like I will have to investigate Rio Saluda - looks like their prices are a bit cheaper. Maybe i can bundle a couple of the other courses I need from there. Anybody else have any thoughts?

You can also look at Brigham Young, which is a very affordable option from a great, recognized school. They offer a PHIL 101 course. Pug
