Rule #2: Decisions like this are made at the district level and not at the state level.

When last I looked at this (and, admittedly, it has been quite some time), the odds were not in your favor.

Yes, I have come to that same conclusion; it would have been a gamble. I actually found that DETC would have been OK in my area. However, decided on a different program that is RA and one that I am quite happy with. Please note that this is a fairly old thread that just got revived.

 

It is hard to predict the future though...
