Check http://alumni.regents.edu and see if you can find the sign-up there. If not, PM me and I'll browse through the magazine and get you the address.

    Dropped?

I think I've made Excelsior mad, they will not return an email or send me my updated transcript ( I recently re-started my B.A. ). So who is better Charter Oak or Thomas Edison? Better to drive on than to wait patiently for a kind word from the MAN!!!

Yes, but it's a question of what I called them! ( just kidding ) No, I have never had any luck with their phones, but for you, and for me I will call them as soon as this glorious holiday is over. Thank You.

    similar story

David H., I've heard similar stories about dealing with excelsior from half-a-dozen people. I think you just have to keep calling until you get a person who can, or will do something.
It sounds like the phone counseling job has a high turnover.
Different people on the site like different distance colleges. Hillie seems to know the most about TESC.
I have heard fewer stories about COSC, but I know fewer people who have tried to work with them.
I have been considering using the credit bank for my multiple college transcipts. Then I could send one credit bank transcript when applying for jobs that require a transcript. But they would have to send it in a timely manner to be any help.
    All the best!
