I was going over my work related classes and came to realize that I had quite a few educational hours in this (real estate) field and wanted to know if anyone knew of a dl school where could I put these to best use in trying to get a Bachelors degree.

International Association of Assessing Officers classes
102 Income Approach to Valuation, 30hrs
    201 Appraisal of Land, 30hrs
300 Fundamentals of Mass Appraisal, 30hrs

    Assessment Coordination Department classes
(Given by the state chapter of IAAO.)
Maps, Legal Descriptions and Assessment Administration, 15hrs
    Valuation Principles, 15hrs
    Assessment of Personal Property, 15hrs
Marshall & Swift Cost Approach - Commercial, 15hrs

Additional training in single property (fee) appraisal was taken at the
Ozarks Technical College. Those classes include:
CEB 297-01 Introduction to Real Estate Appraisal, 30hrs
CEB 298-01 Direct Sales Comparison Approach, 30hrs
CEB 299-01 Cost and Income Approaches, 30hrs
    CEB 300-01 Statistical Analysis, 15hrs
CEB 301-01 Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, 15hrs

Any help, well... would be helpful. Thanks.

The place I would start would be the Big Three: Chrater Oak State College www.cosc.edu , Excelsior College www.excelsior.edu , and Thomas Edison State College www.tesc.edu . I'm seeming to recall an old Bears' Guide mentioning one of these - I think it might have been Thomas Edison - as being particularly generous in awarding credit for real estate licensure courses.
