Would someone in the know mind listing, in one place, (i.e. a response to this inquiry) DL Ph.D. programs other than Union that are currently RA? Thank you.
It is reasonable to ask that you do your own research, at least initially. Try searching the threads of this board. Consider using one or more guides in the field, such as Bears' Guide to College Degrees by Distance Learning. Think about posting more-specific questions about particular programs and issues. University of Phoenix, Fielding Graduate Institute, CIIS, Saybrook, Walden, Argosy, Northcentral, Capella, Touro University International, and Nova Southeastern are some domestic possibilities. There are also a host of foreign universities offering short- nor non-resident doctoral programs.
For better results, you may want tell everyone what field, subject matter, areas of interest and/or disciplines you wish to study. Earl Hodges

I did a search on Texas A&M's web site and couldn't find a doctoral degree for Commerce. They did, however, have a rather appealing graduate degree in poultry science. Cy
There is a small town in northeast Texas named Commerce. The state has a regional university there that was named East Texas State University. It was merged into the Texas A & M University System and it's name was changed to Texas A & M University - Commerce. I think that is what was referred to, rather than a degree in commerce from Texas A & M University. And yes, Texas A & M does has a good program in poultry science.
