Now that's a good deal! Those who have undergraduate degrees in business might meet this requirement.

Thanks for all of the input on the decision between a CAGS and MBA in HS from NCU. I was awarded the MBA-HS today without any additional coursework.

I am about two-thirds the way through my Doctorate in Public Administration (DPA) at Valdosta State.

Definitely - it was a nice pick up while in the middle of my DPA.

    That is awesome! Congratulations.

I'm doing something similar with Dakota State. I was recently admitted to a PhD program at GW and I decided to go for it. I am currently one course away from a MSIS. I will take my last course for the MSIS this spring.

Thanks. I applied to the GW program because it didn't cost me anything. They waived the application fee and were willing to admit based on unofficial transcripts. I was going to turn it down based on the cost of the program, but my wife kept telling me, "Why not? We have the money." Now I am in the process of relearning some calculus so I will be ready for January.

I definitely would go for it, this is an investment, despite how much you pay.

    Hello PhD2B,

I was wondering how are you doing with your studies?

    You have been quiet lately.

    Regards.

I finished my first semester with GW and decided to call it quits. I got an A- in both courses, but taking two courses in nine weeks, starting a new job, teaching online, and spending time with the family all proved to be too much. I found myself ignoring the family in order to get everything else done. I was disappointed to leave the program, but felt it was the best decision for me.

Now I am looking at a couple other options. The DSc program at DSU is still on the plate, the University of Maryland, College Park, now offers a PhD in Project Management in my area, and of course I could always return to NCU. I'm not sure which route to take right now. I am one course away from a second master's degree (MSIS at DSU) and I applied to UMD's PhD program. I start my last course for the MSIS on 18 May (a 5-week course).
