I was researching my local college and this major caught my eye. I don't really see myself working in a lab with chemicals - I have too many allergies and find it confining. But quantitative biology would attract me because I'd be using computers to help in biology studies and create tools for use in science research. Anyone heard of a comparable DL program to this one? Quantitative Biology Home — Hunter College Thanks.
The closest I can come (without spending some time) are the Bachelors programs in Health Informatics at Western Governors and Capella.
I understand that you are looking for undergraduate programs, but I thought I would mention this program anyway. The University of Manchester in the UK offers both a post graduate certificate and a masters program in Digital Biology. Both programs are available via distance learning.
Thanks for the replies Thanks. I would probably welcome the opportunity to do a combined BS/MS given the competition in the labor market so all options are on the table. I have to take advantage of tuition reimbursement at my job!
