Kind of a cumbersome deal. To get to online instruction, they say first, you have to go through an on-ground centre - in my case it would be University of Guelph, ON. which is about 55-60 Km away. I'm sure they're good - but I'm really not interested any more...

 

If I were still interested, I think I'd head for something from my first alma mater, Niagara College. They're about the same distance in the opposite direction. They teach a lot of wine-related courses. Also beer and marijuana cultivation, now that it's legal. When I was there, that was ...um, unofficial, unauthorized - and totally off campus -- of course.
