I simply posted the first result of a google search. So in your opinion the author of the article that I posted embarrass them selves.

But its a typical practice to ridicule and shoot the messenger when the message is not liked. I never heard of this person before.
Seems like this individual, be controversial as you point out had an affect on bringing to an attention in the WHO matter.

Its appears in bad faith that focusing on this individual vs the bigger message in the post.

    Well, like the man said,
A good learning opportunity, here. Exactly what NOT to do. At least, not without thinking about it for a bit, first.

Basically your assertions about what the document said and what the proposed changes to the document would do was just fear mongering nonsense that came from social media. Social media is a common source of news for folks on the right. This is the situation that the right has put themselves in by bad mouthing and demonizing "mainstream media". I have two suggestions.

    1. Please get your news from a reliable source. I suggest using mediaBiasFactCheck.com to verify reliable sources.
    2. If you post news here that is not from a reliable source then you are part of the problem not part of anything good. So you may want to just resist the urge to post about it. It just makes you look bad if you do.

Bill Gates is apparently frequently thrown around in right wing circles on social media as taking over the world through the WHO organization because he has donated a large sum to WHO.

Asking questions is a legitimate mode of discourse.
Read my opening post, it was balanced.

Many people saw this WHO vote as an alarming issue.
Last week, in interviews, acclaimed health reformer Dr. Peter Breggin, mRNA technology inventor Dr. Robert Malone and former Congress member Michele Bachmann warned that the Biden amendments amounted to a handover of U.S. sovereignty over health care.

This was their interpretation of the document. I also had some questions about WHO enforcing, if they have the power to sanction states?
The were legitimate questions from me, I posted the document and the paragraph I had question about.

    This was in good faith.

What changed is that it appears this is no longer the issue

If the news about the removal of the amendments are truthful then

12 of the 13 amendments submitted by the President Biden administration for a vote in the World Health Assembly this week in Geneva have been removed from consideration.

That's true. But asking leading questions as a way to preempt criticism for making outlandish statements is not.

If you say that's not your intention, then fair enough, but it does often seem like it.

"Balance" is one of those good-sounding things that no one is supposed to question, and yet I'm reminded of Schopenhauer's Law of Entropy: "If you put a spoonful of wine in a barrel full of sewage, you get sewage. If you put a spoonful of sewage in a barrel full of wine, you get sewage."

Basically, getting news on the Internet is like eating at Golden Corral: you can consume as much as you could possibly want, but very little of it is any good.
