In my opinion, visible minorities should attend college. It gives visible minorities a competitive advantage to those who did not attend college. I think Sanatone presented research of the benefits of higher education in the black community. It will be nice if there can be more of the student loan forgiveness because it helps to alleviate the financial burden being lugged mainly by the poor.
I only took student loan for my second master's and currently in my Ph.D. program. I have a small debt and it won't be a lot even when I'm done!
I took student loans at the undergraduate. Graduate and and professional studies were all self-funded. I wasted a lot going for the phd. My salute to all of you who have accomplished the feat of doctorate studies.
