Does anyone know of any Phd or Education doctorates in E-Learning that is under 20K? I looked at a few such as Northcentral University and theirs is around 35k. Thanks
I looked around for the same thing a couple of years ago and found nothing that fit that bill. In fact, a regionally accredited doctorate for under 20K is rare. You could go DETC and get a EdD for around 15K and then do a dissertation on e-Learning. Online Degree Programs - Online College Degrees - Aspen University
That's too bad. I was hoping there would be an RA University that would be under the 20k. Wondering if there is any under 30k. Maybe this would be more doable for me if I find a corporation that provides tuition assistance.
I'm doing the EdD at Liberty University for $28K. However, I have a pay increase and tax breaks that brings my out-of-pocket down to under 10K.
Northeastern University is also under $30,000. The downside is that admissions have become competitive and there's a year's wait to get in.

We've heard over the years that as good as this program might be, they only accept 5-6 people per year. I don't want to be a pessimist but this is one basket that should not hold all your eggs.
