There was a thread sometime back about a Doctorate in Education from (?) Univ of Nebraska. Anyone remember the thread or the school. It was mostly DL - minimal residency.

    Thanks.

It's the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, there is an option of either the Ed.D. or Ph.D.

I seem to recall that there is somewhat considerable residency, though.

This is the program to which I am applying shortly. I have all the material from them. Actually, they've now changed the residency requirement to "recommended" instead of required. I spoke with two of the professors. I think it's a great program with 90 credits beyond the bachelors degree for the Ph.D. (not including dissertation and research methods), but 96 credits beyond the bachelors degree for the Ed.D. inclusive of the dissertation and research methods.

If any more details are needed, I'd be happy to provide it. All the information (most updated) is not on the web site.
