This individual added me to LinkedIn, and I looked at his educational background. I saw that he earned a Master's and a PhD from Stratford University. I have never seen or heard that Stratford University offers a Doctorate level program. The school is located in the Northern Virginia area and accredited by a nationally accreditated agency. Does this is considering integrity problems in a career? Can anyone verify if this school offer Ph.D.?

The PhD is a scholarly degree and beyond the scope of ACICS. Their scope is limited to professional doctorates. It is highly unlikely, therefore, that the person in question earned a PhD.

That is also what I thought. ACICS has never mentioned anything about Ph.D. except DBA, DA, EdD, and Doctor of Engineering offered by Northwestern Polytechnic University. NWPU is no longer offer a Doctorate level because it is a WASC current candidate.
