Hello Everyone, Can anyone recommend a solid online bachelor of science in business administration program with a traditional B&M presence, at an affordable cost, and RA accredited. My wife wants to complete her BSBA online, but requires the above mentioned. She's looking at University of West Alabama associated with Columbia Southern University. With just a few classes shy from having her associates degree at a local community college, maximum credit transfer would be optimal. Thanks for all your help and input.
Jamie, I like this one: http://academicoutreach.ua.edu/page.cfm?page=degrees&sub_page=3°ree_no=55 Kevin
Kevin, Nevermind, I found it. At $225.00 per credit hour, B&M tradition and AACSB accredited, seems like a stellar deal. Thanks for the info.
I'll throw another hat into the ring. They are RA, very helpful to students needs and been around a day or two!http://www.limestone.edu Good luck, Gavin Psssssst! Vicious rumor has it, they are starting an MBA program soon.
Kevin, Have you personally taken courses online through University of Alabama? In researching the website further, I noticed students must attend a three day orientation class on campus. All of the upper division courses are online, but some of the lower division courses are not.
If a B.S. in management(they have different concentrations) will do,you could try my alma mater, Fisher College. They offer eight week terms and were very liberal with transfer credits(Also RA). http://online.fisher.edu/
Here is an old thread on bachelor's degrees in business. http://forums.degreeinfo.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=20645
Jamie, If your wife's associates degree is in business, the University of Wyoming's BSBA program is right up her alley. At $132 per credit hour, it's one of the best values for the money I know of. UW offers all the courses needed for the last two years of the BSBA online. If her associates isn't in business, she will need to satisfy some prerequisites before getting started. I entered the program without an associates, and was able to catch up with a combination of CLEP and DSST exams. UW is AACSB-accredited, and my experience there was top-notch. I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have about the program. For now, here's the web site for the BSBA program: http://ecampus.uwyo.edu/index.real?action=Degrees&subaction=BusinessAd Good luck! Fortunato
Kansas State has a general business degree online. http://www.dce.ksu.edu/bachelorsdegree/generalbusiness/
