Did I say anything against Jesus? Against treating others as we would want to be treated ourselves? Against loving the Lord God of Israel, Isaac and Jacob? Against love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control? Did I say one word against true faith?

But you feel very attacked. What is your faith in?

Now, imagine if he had lived more frugally. Settled for a lowly $750k home, drove a Lexus and had a jet ski. That would be an enviable lifestyle to say nothing of the vacations he might take.

But no, you need multiple luxury cars. Gotta live in a palace. I suppose if you temper the greed it isn't really greed.

Greed leads to more greed, pride to more pride. Maybe the reason these people are so in love with stuff is because they're so out of love with other people and Jesus. Again, fakes.

You know, I don't really care but there are millions of non-greedy people all over the world who are not Christian. Jesus is a non-essential ingredient in that formula.

No problem with that, actually, there are probably billions of non-greedy people in the world who are not Christian, not just millions. I was criticizing Christians or Christians so-called who were greedy, who were not living up to the standards of their faith, who are fakes. There are a lot of other religious traditions and non-religious traditions that teach us to be humble and non-greedy. No argument there. I'm not saying that Jesus is an essential element in being non-greedy. We're holding hands, Kizmet, I can't see a single thing I've written that would be in disagreement with what you just said.
