Nightmares and Bizarre Dreams

Nightmares are most often nothing when compared to Sleep paralysis. I wonder if any of you guys ever had sleep paralysis... This is like... Your worst nightmare multiplied by 100 :bad:

Maybe any dream is good as you get older: Deep sleep could be key to how well you age - study | Stuff.co.nz

But then that's New Zealand so counting sheep could be involved.
