Goes by the name Arlington International University. Website www-dot-aiu-dash-edu-dot-us . Ambitious effort, so one is led to believe. Pics from round-the-world "satellite locations" in Belgium, Italy, Spain, Chile, Singapore, Vietnam. Where's home? Whois says possibly Florida for tech and Admin contacts.

Contact's name - JOHN DOE -how original! At a UK email address.

Address given by school on web page:

    Arlington International University
    28 W Ayre St., #257441,
    Wilmington, DE
    19804

Its schools have very impressive-sounding names:

    • Marcus (Aurelius) School of Engineering Technology
    • Baron School of Management
    • Earl Warren School of Law
    • Archambault School of Pharmacy
    • Galen School of Medical Sciences
    • Herzen School of Arts and Sciences
    • John Locke School of Education

I could find no accreditors claimed for this school. The website has a very 1994-ish appearance. I'm sure the Delaware address is likely that of the firm that incorporated the school.

Very poor, outmoded web design here. Too poor to be convincing. Nothing to do with "Arlington University" which teaches you how to bet on horses at Arlington Park (racetrack). That one's "outside Mr. D's patio on the main level." Site here: https://www.arlingtonpark.com/racing-wagering/arlington-university

Heck. I'll take that one, over this "Arlington International!" Nothing to do with the respected University of Texas at Arlington, either.

Found this: Arlington International appears to be "accredited" by NACHE - National Accreditation Commission on Higher Education. New York Address. Website here: National Accrediting Commission. Doesn't look (to me) "real," in terms of USDoE or CHEA recognition. Never heard of it before.

School must be active in Middle East. Found 4 or 5 cv's listing Arlington International degrees. All Arabic names.

"Accredited" list includes many RA schools that probably don't know they're on the list. Also some duds, like Preston U. Wyoming. Preston left that state years ago, died in Alabama, surviving kin in Pakistan.

Axact stuff. Same as Ray University, University of Grantchester, McFord University, National Lake University, etc.

Thanks. I didn't have time to check out the blurb-origins last night. Looks like an old-line Axact site - before the fizzled prosecution. The newer sites are a much more professional-looking job.

Oh well - enough about this monster, then.

Checked out NACHE, the "accreditor" on whois. Originally registered 2006 - about right for early Axact "schools", I guess. Updated 2017. Contact's name is "Steven Bricks." I'm betting he doesn't exist any more than "John Doe," who (supposedly) is the contact for the Arlington International University Site. Like I said -- waste of time. That's it. All for today.
