Does anyone have a good site for studying for CLEPs and DSST? I saw passmyclass and that seems a bit more expensive than I would like... instacert was a scam according to some of the people.

Any ideas? I only need 30 credits worth :D

Instancert is a good sources, according some members in here. However, you'll get 30 days money back. If you sign up, then copy all the questions. Then cancel the membership, you'll get your money back.

Instacert worked fine for me when I used my free month for a few tests.

Renting will still be a waste of $$

Some of the recommended textbooks in the DSST study sheets are almost free on Amazon.com or Half.com. You can get used, and sometimes new, copies from 2 or 3 editions back. Usually, the tests are based on long outdated college textbooks. You will pay way too much if you rent a textbook. Probably, any current textbook will have been written long after the DSST exam and won't be a great guide.

It depends on what test you are planning

I have found instantcert to be the most valuable resource for the test I have taken. The free website has great helpful members, but the specific exam feedback(only available with paid membership) is almost as valuable as the flashcards. I have used IC for most of the exams I have taken.

Hi, Have you checked the library or an inter-library loan. Our local CC is part of our county library and they currently have the up to date study guides. Hille

This link will change your life forever. Don't forget to click the Free Practice Exams link that appears on several pages. Those are from Peterson's, which usually cost $20 each, but are free through the gateway of the Indiana library system.
