Yes, this is the Pro version, not the Home version that I have upgraded to last year. I won't be getting this, but for those who need the 'extra' features in Pro, you can decide. Within the link, they also have the StackSocial $40 MS Office applications as well, as the article mentions, no one will know if Microsoft is going to pull the plug on the partnership, but i've not seen them do that for the last few years, from Windows 10 to 11, Office 2016 to the newer versions, and so on... I'm sure nobody at Microsoft knows, but I pulled the plug on THEM five years ago. Linux is better, in several ways. And it's free. Microsoft knows just how popular Linux is. A Linux kernel is in Windows 11, alongside the windows NT kernel. Pinched by me from a Quora answer: YES but the Linux Kernel doesn't replace the Windows Kernel. In fact since Windows 10 it comes with two kernels (Windows NT and Linux Kernel). Both communicate with APIs through a same virtualizer (Hyper-V). So if you use Windows it'll communicate with Windows NT but if you use Ubuntu through WSL it'll communicate with the Linux Kernel. Windows 11 will have this ability too and much more cause it'll come with WSA (Windows Subsystem for Android) to allow you to install/use Android apps in Windows and they will communicate with the Linux Kernel through the Hyper-V Windows and Linux. Typical Micro$oft, trying to make money at both ends.
