IF CPU wasn't a degree mill, and it was somehow targeted by the state because of someones personal agenda then why did it just close?

Other schools that did not want to go along with the rules and regulations of CA have jumped states, so why not CPU?

It seems if CPU believed in their education model that they would have kept it going, or put up more of a fight.

I am just having a hard time seeing how CPU wasn't a degree mill, but some of the others are.

The CPU/BPPVE history has been discussed extensively on other threads.

But the bottom line is that the school was closed because it didn't comply with the California standards.

Maybe they didn't agree with the standards or maybe the couldn't comply and remain profitable. But they didn't comply and the courts ordered the school closed. Period.
