Hi Everyone, There are a lot of MBA & other business managment degrees out there, but can anyone suggest any reasonably priced online Masters degrees in Training & Development? RA or NA is fine. Many thanks for your assistance.
Check this out from UWF: Education & Training Management Subspecialty (ETMS) M.Ed. Throughout this program, ETMS students (pdf) develop expertise in using emerging technologies to support teaching and learning, as they design and develop instruction, investigate how technology can be used to change institutions and organizations, and design and develop strategies to integrate technology into learning communities. Our graduates are employed as technology coordinators and technology support personnel; in the military and business and industry as instructional designers and developers, and instructional project managers; and as distance learning professionals. There's an MA in Training and Development at Roosevelt University, although I'm not sure about the cost: "The Graduate Program in Training and Development prepares graduates for a variety of career paths including, but not limited to, instructional design and delivery, organization development, and e-Learning." Master of Arts in Training and Development
I don't know what you consider reasonably priced, but I am liking Boise state's program so far. One main difference I've noticed between this degree and similar ones is it isn't a MEd degree, it's a M.S. degree. Here's a link totheirprogram page if you're interested. Boise State

Amberton University Online MS in HR Training and Development It's regionally accredited and each 3hr course is like $700! That makes whole MS degree around $8400!
Yes - I'm familiar with Amberton's programs. It's great degree program & very affordable! Problem is: I have a bachelor's degree from a Chartered Canadian university & Amberton will only accept American bachelor degrees from RA schools for entry into their graduate programs. Silly...considering my bachelor's is equivalent to an American RA degree. I even contacted the president of Amberton about this, but she could care less. I'm sure they have enough American RA bachelor's degree holders to fill their master's programs.
