Yep. If it's Eva's birthday, no way can I have a bad day. I hope the same for Eva and her family, and you and yours. Eva's a good person, who helps a lot of people. And, as some of you probably know by now, I like looking at her, too. And neither she, nor her husband, Jose, will ever need to worry about that! What does this have to do with education? A few things: (1) Eva is a graduate of Texas A&M, Kingsville TX, with a Bachelor's in Kinesiology. (2) In 2013 Eva earned a Master's in Chicano Studies from Cal. State, Northridge, where she physically attended classes over a 3-year period. (3) The Eva Longoria Foundation's programs help Latinas excel in school and attend college. Additionally, they provide Latina entrepreneurs with career training, mentorship, capital and opportunity. (4) Old news from Harvard, re: an award for Eva.
