I suppose it's human nature to want to believe everything good about one's own team, and everything bad about the other team.

That's been the strangest part of all this, to me. They DO deny it, and will in fact double down.

This has been building for many decades, and it will get MUCH worse before we ever turn the corner. Lerner, I think you see much of what's coming down the pike. Are you preparing?

What kind of preparing you mean?
I'm praying for our country well being, prosperity and happiness for all the people, I'm praying for our solders, military, I'm praying for our man in blue, and many heroes that we don't often hear about.

"There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.

9 What do workers gain from their toil? 10 I have seen the burden God has laid on the human race. 11 He has made everything beautiful in its time."

Misleading in your interpretation or opinion, I provided response to show that my post its not misleading.

BTW I know what Lincoln project is/was.

My opinion is backed by million of Americans. Its not unusual. So you calling the post misleading doesn't make it misleading. I will reread it do.
I see others as rivals, not as enemies. The goals are different as well.
I support people who want to preserve what is still left of the America and make the country better and exceptional, with government as a servants of the people not the rulers of the people.
I'm for strong economy and low taxes, reasonable regulation but not over regulation.
American exceptionalism has nothing to do with anything but freedom and liberty.
It is because of this liberty and freedom that our country exists, because the founders recognized it comes from God.
It is not granted by a government. It’s not granted by Trump, Biden or any other human being.
We are created with the natural yearning to be free.
The US is the first time in the history of the world where a government was organized with a Constitution laying out the rules,
that the individual was supreme and dominant, and that is what led to the US becoming the great country.
That’s American exceptionalism. Millions of Americans understand exactly and precisely what American exceptionalism is and radical left policies viewed as a direct assault
on the very foundation and fundamentals of the creation and the founding of this country.
We stand for the concepts that are in our Declaration of Independence: Right to life, liberty, pursuit of happiness.

This thread is very misleading. Start with the thread title.

    Liberals Eugenics, population control ?

That title has nothing to do with the article that you linked to. The only reference to liberals is in your mind. In your mind Nazi's are apparently liberal! The article you eventually linked to had nothing to do with liberals.

Why not link the article in the opening post? It seems that you were just trying to be devious and misleading. You didn't want to link the article because it didn't really support your assertions. There was no Eugenics program studies going on at Berkeley.

Then after talking about Nazi's murdering 6 million people you say,
"I think today Liberals are "exterminating" conservatives and others who they see as inferior.
Media is one tool among many others. Unlike population control via abortion clinics in minority dominant areas. New tools are used.
    This is racist supremacy group."

Contrary to your assertions, this article had nothing to do with politics, liberals or conservatives. Contrary to your assertions, this article had nothing to do with any real eugenic studies going on at Berkeley. Contrary to your assertions, this article had nothing to do with racist supremacy. Contrary to your assertions, this article had nothing to do with the media. Contrary to your assertions, this article had nothing to do with Nazis. Contrary to your assertions, this article had nothing to do with population control. The article was about a grant to do eugenics studies granted in 1975 that was never really utilized. This whole thread is just a silly lie.

Either a flat out lie or you do not understand what a grant is.

Bill, this was only one reference not the only one behind the post.
The issue is on going and was called out because it was reintroduced by some ACA architects.
Try to check the links between ACA - Obamacare and Eugenics.
Generic lottery? Jonathan Gruber has published papers justifying abortion for improving the lives of the living.
Goes to MIT architect of Obama/Biden care.
Don't focus on me but focus on the message and research it.
Gruber is saying healthy people are genetic life lottery winners. And he reintroduced Eugenics.
Just like planed parenthood can be partly Eugenics.
Guber then when was criticized issues an apology.
ACA was designed that people will loose other policies.

(Sigh.) Yes it is - and there are 55, 117 other threads in the forum .... :( Bill, do I really have to check them ALL?

There is still undergoing review of a faculty member who was using the funds from the grant. Because its an undergoing review the name of the faculty member was not released.

I hear your critique, but you didn't recognize the Eugenics elements in ACS, and what one of the MIT architects of ACA was reintroducing.
Not talking about the aspects of Eugenics in Planed Parenthood"

Some esteemed people, who know the law see elements of Eugenics are in ACA.
So now you have a little bit more info to go by.

The article you linked had nothing to do with what you falsely represented in this thread. This thread had nothing to do with the ACA. Your post above is the first reference to it. Trying to change the subject to distract from false assertions about what was happening at Berkeley is not a logical response.

Just your opinion, And what I posted in my opinion. I can be wrong.
To me these are no false assertions. Berkeley "Newgenix" or positive Eugenics is still Eugenics. As I posted earlier the line is somewhat blurry.
And what I added later is not distracting but expanding on the title of the post.
Bill, The Genealogical Eugenic Institute Fund, a $2.4 million endowment, had been active at the college for decades.
Maybe this what should be troubling to you?
The University of California at Berkeley is halting a eugenics research program after a bioethics professor pointed out to administrators that the practice is inherently racist.

What is troubling me is that you keep spreading false nonsense. You don't understand what a grant is. A grant does NOT mean that a research program is ongoing. Good grief. A grant is simply an offer of money it does NOT mean that a research program is ongoing. <shakes head in disbelief>

I will re read again, If I'm wrong I will apologize.
But that what I understood is going on.

A research grant is an offer of money to do research. A grant sitting around not used up since 1975 is unusual. That is like a free pot of money open for research professors to use for any research in that designated area. Almost all research is going to cost money. The professors use that grant money to pay the research assistants, grad students, graduates, etc. to do the research and the professor supervises. Since that grant is still sitting there after 45 years means that research was NOT done using that grant. You are falsely claiming the opposite. If you don't believe me, ask anyone that has done any graduate work at a university. Or read the definition from a Google search of "Research grant definition"

    "What does research grant mean?
The definition of a research grant can be easily guessed from the name: a grant that funds research. ... In general, a research grant can refer to anything from a sum of money given to a researcher for all expenses, to a grant that is limited to only funding certain parts of research, such as a first or second trial.Dec 12, 2019"

Bill you are in error to claim that the grant was seating since 1975 unused. The facts show it was used.
LA Times and other articles, and UC Berkeley publication as well show the funds were used as recent as 2018.

    https://news.berkeley.edu/2020/10/26/berkeley-public-health-announces-plans-to-rename-repurpose-former-eugenics-fund/

According to the published articles the grant money was used.
One such use according to LA Times article is - genetic counseling training program, among other uses.

Eugenics Institute Fund annual payout, approximately $70,000, was used primarily to cover faculty and student research expenses.
UC Berkeley saying the fund was used but not for Eugenics.
But for Obasogie, and a number of other Berkeley Public Health faculty, use of funds with such discriminatory origins to support the school’s regular operations could not — and cannot — be justified.
According to the Los Angeles Times. The fund was shared with public health faculty members as a source of available research money as recently as 2018.
“By accepting and using these funds over the past four decades, we must acknowledge that Berkeley Public Health has been a part of this horrific legacy of eugenics that has caused great harm in medicine and public health, from forced sterilizations to genocides,” said Berkeley Public Health Dean Michael Lu. “The school is committed to acknowledging our complicity, apologizing for our past sins and taking action to make things right, by renaming and repurposing the fund toward expressly anti-eugenics purposes.”

The articles also state that there was at least one faculty who was using the grant funds recently, and they are not releasing the persons name because its undergoing internal review.
Genetic counseling training program? (can fall under Positive Eugenics?).

As of Oct 2020 UC Berkeley is re-purposing the fund toward anti Eugenics research.
