I seriously don't understand why they won't simply make Putin a Tsar, Emperor, and Autocrat of All Russia, and be done with this.
Also, this may be one of the less-objectionable news coming from Russia. Their "courts" recently convicted a bunch of youth on "terrorism" charges, extracting confessions by torture. "Can anything good come from Mordor?"
