False Advertising 101 Can the other universities do anything to keep KW from advertising with them? This is just as misleading as false accreditation to inexperienced potential students. In fact this could be worse, because being advertised along side of UOP ( the most common) would confuse people into lowering their guard. Mike
No big deal. Degree mills and real schools are listed in the same phone books, too. Things still come down to consumers needing to be aware, or governments who need to get involved. Unlike overseas diploma mills, Kennedy-Western has a big stake in its ability to operate from a U.S. location. If governments here would put their collective feet down, Kennedy-Western and the rest of that bunch would have to operate legitimately.
