I know someone whom works at axis and he gets free education. If you are a professor of uopx, does it applies to you as well and how many classes do you have to take in order to be abled to get free continuing education through the university?

You have a job in the field you want, that is the key. Once you gain additional experience, you can, if you so desire move to another University.
