Deborah Ramirez claims that Brett Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a college party.

People rarely lie about being victims of sexual assault or other sex crimes. But, if this is a coordinated effort to derail Kavanaugh's nomination, I can't say I'll have any sympathy for Republicans considering what they did to Merrick Garland.

Kavanaugh should assemble a team of lawyers to sue these defamers, should he lose confirmation. The defamers will then know they will have to testify under oath.

It's not defamation if it's true. That's why he hasn't asked for the FBI to investigate. That's why he won't sue.

That's the same reason why Trump won't sue the hordes of women who have accused him of sexual assault. Boy, Trump has made Republicans so pro litigation. They want to sue for anything nowadays.

Her classmates have refuted her tale.

How many years would an FBI investigation take?

Apparently a second accuser came forth. She claims that Kavanaugh shoved his pee pistol in her face against her will! WTF! What's up with these guys.

The FBI investigation in the Anita Hill case took three days. If you recall, all those old white farts demanded the FBI investigate, and so they did. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, the Reps don't want to do the same. Nothing but a bunch of hypocrites. They will pay a mightly in the ballot box, mark my words.

Just a small sampling here. Sexual misconduct knows no political party. But, you know, coverups and hypocrisy, that's definitely the realm of the Repu... oh, wait, Hillary Clinton was the nominee for the Democrats in 2016.

Not to mention all the Democrats in Hollywood and across college campuses that would all call themselves lifelong feminists, except, of course, for the times when they took advantage of desperate and vulnerable women and underaged girls.

Racist and ageist. You're above this, Abner.

Anyway, it will be nice if these things were apolitical. The outcome will be better for women. At the moment politicians take a position depending on their politics.

So let them tell that to the FBI (where lying is a Federal offense).

The Anita Hill investigation took 3 days. What are you afraid of?

Let Ford, Ramirez, Feinstein, Avenatti, et al testify to the FBI? I'm all for it.

Whatever way this goes, it will only energize women voters in November. They are a huge voting block, and the majority will vote Dem! That is my prediction. Hells yes!

Avenatti says to respect her privacy after giving her name and picture.

The timing of this is just miraculous, no? Stall and delay and stall and delay.

The three "witnesses" named by Christine Blasey Ford have no recollection of such a party. One "witness" is Leland Keyser, a self-described longtime friend of Ford. Ford has said she was in her late teens and that she was as young as fifteen. She can't remember the year of the alleged incident.

Deborah Ramirez, despite six days of memory implantation, has said she's not sure who was her alleged assailant. No one who may have been involved knows anything of the alleged incident.

Now comes Julie Swetnick with the craziest claim yet. She describes numerous incidents involving numerous victim females and many times that number of abusing males. Her claim cannot be true without there being hundreds of people knowing of the gang rapes and yet no one but her has come forward.

It is past time to leave Wonderland and confirm Kavanaugh.

Mmmm. Still not nearly as bad as what the Republicans did to Merrick Garland. At least the Dems have cause.

All alleged witnesses and possible witnesses say there is no cause.

That is a blatantly false statement. If all witnesses said there is no cause then there would be no delay. Let them all make their statements to the FBI, where there is a penalty for lying, and then we'll see what they say. The pattern with all these cases (Cosby, Weinstein, etc.) is the same. One person makes an allegation and then slowly over a period of days/weeks more allegations are made by more people. In the end there will be an investigation and in the end the Republicans will look bad (worse) for trying to prevent it from happening. Even if the Republicans force a vote on Kavanaugh's nomination, and even if he's approved, this will not end. It's already gone too far to be simply swept under the rug. In the end he'll be lucky to keep his current job.
