John Bear seeks advice on military credentials, for ABC

    Recently biography has been changed to include "honorary" in decsribing doctorate in miliray history. However, he refuses to state what institution conferred this degree.

    Keep in mind that the EMPLOYER was the greatest "fool" of all as he/she hired those people and they were phony to begin with.

    Although this does point out something interesting: does a degree really matter? If these people were so incompetent, wouldn't they have been fired by now?

    I also agree with Tracy....
    ROTC (40-45%) + Naval Acadamy (20-25%) make up about 60% of all officer accessions.
